Working Mother Award
November 2007
HP appeared on Working Mother magazine’s 100 Best Companies list for the 17th time in 2007. The 22-year-old magazine honours companies that score highest in categories such as flexibility, leaves for new parents, child care, company culture, advancement of women and compensation.
HP was inducted into the Working Mother Hall of Fame in 2005, and was recently honoured at the 2007 Working Mother 100 Best Companies Work/Life Congress event.

Fortune Magazine voted HP an environmentally responsible ‘Green Giant’ for HP’s commitment to the environment. HP’s green efforts include recycling the equivalent of 600 jumbo jet airliners in 2006 alone and designing energy-efficient, environmentally sound products, services and operations.
